FEDERAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS
FEMA Individual Assistance Program
If your home or job was impacted by a natural disaster, you may be eligible for FEMA Individual Assistance. This assistance is intended to meet your basic needs (i.e. housing and food costs, etc.) and supplement disaster recovery efforts.

Small Business Association
If your home or business was impacted by a natural disaster, you may also be eligible for low-interest disaster loans for homeowners and businesses from the Small Business Administration.

Disaster Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (D-SNAP) Benefits
SNAP customers who were affected by Hurricane Helene can request replacement benefits on the SNAP website. If you are a SNAP customer who lost food during storm-related power outages that lasted four hours or more, complete a Food Loss Replacement Form either online, by printing, or at your local DFCS office.
